At Talukdar Leather Goods Products, we maintain a structured schedule that aligns with the Bangladesh Labor Law and ILO standards, ensuring both productivity and fair working conditions.

  • Standard duty: eight hours per day.
  • Normal operating hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (includes one-hour lunch break).
  • Overtime: compensated and scheduled in accordance with Bangladesh Labor Law and relevant ILO conventions.
  • Weekly holiday: one full day off each week.
